Raised in and around Charlottesville, Lance understands the numerous intangible benefits of life in Central Virginia, with its unmatched urban suburban mix, culture, and diversity. Lance graduated from Radford University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and continued on to graduate school for a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), subsequently returned to Charlottesville and later joined Real Estate III to share his passion for Real Estate with others.
